Installation location
The center of the 3D geographical location of the home is the best. The higher the height, the better the wireless networking effect.
On-site requirements
1. Powered by 220V AC (L+N) socket.
2. Wired LAN network supply.
3. 3.5mm audio output (not required) (*Only supported by Bailing models).
Things to note
1. The distance from the Wi-Fi router should not be less than 1 meter.
2. The home center package comes with a power supply. Using a power supply that has not been certified by Terncy’s technical department may cause irreversible damage to the controller. Using a third-party power supply is deemed to automatically waive after-sales service.
3. There should be no metal obstruction near the installation location of this equipment.
